At CREPURE OUD, customer satisfaction is a priority.
In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
However, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, perfumed oils whose packaging has been opened, unsealed, used or tested cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original, unopened, unused condition and in its original packaging.
In the event of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, attaching photographs of the product concerned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
